🔹 U.S. equity markets closed higher in the range of 0.26% to 0.78%.

🔹 Sensex–Nifty is trading lower by around 60 to 5 points.
🔹 Tata Sons is preparing to call an EGM after the board formally approves the reappointment of N. Chandrasekaran as Executive Chairman for a third term next week. This move is considered an exception to the retirement policy for non-executive roles after the age of 65. A similar waiver was granted in 2016 when Ratan Tata succeeded Cyrus Mistry as Chairman. Chandrasekaran will turn 63 in June.
🔹 U.S. equities rose on Wednesday as strong economic data and positive developments among Big Tech companies renewed investor enthusiasm.
🔹 Asian markets also advanced following the rebound in technology stocks and robust U.S. economic indicators.
🔹 Oil prices steadied after their biggest daily gain since October, amid reports suggesting that potential U.S. military intervention in Iran could occur sooner than expected.
